It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. Arrived the day that they said they would. Repair man was very friendly and didn't take long to repair the garage door.
Came out promptly was advised of time etc& inspection carried out and informed of what was needed priced work carried out there and then . Pricey but what can you do.
Excellent service and great response time - called and repaired same day - Lee the engineer was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The only reason not 5 stars is that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, other wise brilliant service start to finish
